There are two ways.
Starve yourself for a week. This'll put you into the 200% to 300% bonus for eating food.
The second way is to use a large variety of food. Eat a bear sausage, a boar sausage, dried morel, beetroot leaves, berries, nuts and so on.
What I personally do is try to sit at around the 200% bonus with 95% hunger or so of the bar full. Then I'll eat a bear sausage for the 200% bonus, and a few berries and stuff for variety. This'll give me +1 Str and put me at around 3-5% hunger with a 100% bonus. It takes maybe an hour or two for me to get back to the 95% bonus and I do it again. It's probably not the fastest way, but I'm using a single bear sausage per Str gain (with over 70 str), and am still getting probably +8 str a day by doing this.
Also make sure you use a table. I can't remember what I use (and can't look), but deer antler cutlery is great, so are wine glasses (man, wine glasses are amazing, -10% satiation and +1% FEPs and they take nothing but glass to make). But just fill it with whatever you can. Right now my table is something like -55% satiation and +5-6% FEPs. If I wasn't trying to be efficient with sausages (due to lack of supply), I'd probably be able to scarf down on 50-60 sausages before hitting the 50% effectiveness due to hunger.
