Making GIF's

I see a lot of people making good gif's with lots of frames..

Is there a application that you guys are using to do this?

i have been taking screenshots one at a time and sticking them together to make mine

But when looking at the below gif there's no way that was done using my method

Nice of you to make it a google search but clearly you didn't read what i asked for .. with that site i still need to add each file one at a time.

2 programs, 1 for gifs one for screenshots. they both have instant upload to the net.
