There are typos; did most of this while half asleep.

I'm quite sure there are missing trees for some of the biomes. Bush list I'm not satisfied with, so I'm leaving out for now.

Will put up on a spreadsheet/wiki some time soon. I'm more interested to learn about the names of other biomes so that I can retrieve and extract all the textures from the server in one go.

I've been using bdew's client to get the name of a biome using the worldtip toggled permanently option.

If you could be so kind as to help this autist fulfill the dream of documenting all the biomes, do help by posting the names of biomes that aren't in the OP.

      Will update.

Once the list's exhaustive I'll do a tree to biome list too.

Wtb biome colour images to match and find.

Also see no mention of Planeswood.

I've had problems finding that. My fellow partner found it in a biome I don't have on the record.

Your notion is appreciated. If we're going to talk bushes, I'd prefer a separate thread. However I was planning to publish this straight to wiki when I had time instead of posting here.

bush_guide.png I'll post it later before people figure something out.

Unless you meant the native biomes of bushes, in which case that information is sorely needed, especially for the biomes not listed in the OP.

yes what else would I be talking about? My notes on different vajazzle's (*resist failed*). But like I said I dont know how you know what the biome names are, I just take a screenshot of the floor/map texture.

bdew's client and the world tips will tell you what tile resource the tile under your cursor is. I've followed that naming scheme.

Edit: I don't mind if you PM me the screenshots, I can identify a couple of the biomes by sight.

Adding a few more; names found from the resource cache:

      • bluesod
      • cloudrange
      • dryflat
      • fen
      • flowermeadow
      • greensward
      • lushfield
      • mossbrush
      • oakwilds
      • shadycopse
      • snow
      • wildturf

If I can figure out how to convert those resource files into images (without using Java. Fuck Java. With a chainsaw. C for lyfe) I'll update the OP with images.
