Does anyone know the effect of any of these?

Early world exploit: Put your hearthfire inside a cave, then hold shift to position a claim right in front of a cave. After 8 hours the claim will be unbreakable. Since your hearthfire is inside the cave, you can still get back inside, and leave, but nobody will be able to enter, effectively making you unraidable for the first 3-7 days. Enjoy

My guess the more "advance" stuff is better, because it's a video game and that's how it works: video games are interpretations of real life things, like many other forms of media.

The problem is so much doesn't have any stats. Used to be table and chair qualities mattered for feasting, but it was a very small value compared to other symbel items.

Sorry. I don't have an answer and haven't tried testing the new stuff. I would have to all be figured out by hand, too, because the table doesn't display the cumulative bonuses. :(

edit: at the time of this posting, feasting stats weren't on the table. This was changed in a November patch.

With nothing on the tables;

basic chair gives a 98% hunger mod, no FEP bonus.
Cottage throne gives 95% and 1%

doesn't seem to matter which table, gives the same result at cottage or rustic
Oh boy, here I go cheesemaking again...

didn't bother making one to be honest, if I had to guess, I'd say better hunger mod than rustic but without the FEP bonus of cottage.
