I just started playing with a friend, and.. I don't get it! How? It took us like 30m to find how to get the main world. So here is a series of question:
-Is there a way to get to each other quickly?
-How do i build more stuff other than baskets?
-How do i fight?
-How do i find other players?
-How do i swim?
-How do i start generally?
-How do i.. well everything?
Any answer to the questions is helpful, thank you

Go to the heart in the menu (bottom left) and click it, there you will find your hearthsecret box: Writte something there and press apply. Give that "something" to your friend and make him add you doing the same but this time writting it in the Add kin box. Then, once kinned, give him party by right clicking in its name and "give party". Then you just need to rotate and zoom camera untill the arrow pointing him appear.
Fighting its something you will do later.
You will be able to swim once you gather enough lp to buy the skill- it depends on your cons and the lenght of the river, be careful or you will die.
You will get your first lp by discovering things like soil, branches etc and this will allow you to build or craft new things wich depends on the discovered items.
Once you have discovered certain items you will be able to craft "curios". Curiosities are the way to gain lp once you've discovered stuff.

at the end of the Coord line you got a zoom level =1(zoomed out) to =5 (zoomed in) -> mousewheel
you can mark and copy the whole lline to give it to a friend (either by PM,email or CTRL+V in game chat)

So, i searched got some skills and stuff, now what? How do i get Curiosity? I don't get it, and how do i discover more items to build? Like axe.. weapons.. tools etc?

Some curiosities are found whilst foraging and others are crafted by materials you gather, you will find a list in the above link.

You really should read the links provided by borka and use the search function on the wiki to find the relevant answers. So here you see you will need to find stone and a branch, you can pick a branch from a tree and chip a stone from a rock or find a stone patch (grey areas on your mini map) to dig, doing this will give you the discovery which in turn open up more things to build and craft in conjunction with the skills you buy. You will need the skill Primitive Tools.

I did search on the wiki, and having your answer in mind, i'm guessing that i haven't discovered the "Crafting" Tab... Anyway thank you though

Definitely ask a lot of questions here. Just try to read through the guides and check the RoB wiki first. (If you google a haven wiki, you'll likely see both the RoB wiki and one on Wikia that hasn't been updated in like 5 years.) Those of us that read through this forum are pretty willing to help in a variety of ways.

As another source for how you unlock things, there is a page on the wiki explicitly about Discoveries and how they work.
