Fishing Lures?

Hey! I'm new to this game, and looking into fishing as a source of stat points and energy.

That said, I can't seem to be able to craft any lures. I have the required materials and necessary tools (as per a Wiki) to craft either a Woodfish (http://havenandhearth.wikia.com/wiki/Woodfish) or a Feather Fly (http://havenandhearth.wikia.com/wiki/Feather_Fly).

Have these recipes changed, or am I just missing something?

yeah there's no more lures (yet), but this page shows which baits you can use.

When you say no lures yet, does that mean there will be some in this iteration of the world, or will they be reinstated in a future world?

In order to craft lures, you must discover the Primitive Casting-Rod. It only uses lures, and there are more lures in the current version than there were in previous ones.

How would one go about discovering such...or anything, for that matter?

pull leather from tanning tub and make linen cloth

the first time you obtain something (like picking a branch from a tree), you discover it and unlock new recipes that use it as a resource.

for lures i'm assuming you need to craft the casting-rod, because i never did that and never received any lure recipes.
