Beer Making

I don't have the skill but I have everything but jewelry, metallurgy, rage, trespassing, and woodsmanship and things that are offered after learning them. I have wine making and I made malted barley but nothing was discovered that says I can make a wort or anything. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Malted Barley ground into Barley Grist with a Quern

Barrels don't work. I had some wort in barrel and some in demijohn, the one in demijohn turned to beer and the barrel didn't, even though the barrel was older.

grape juice goes stale and will change to vinegar. (pretty sure it'll go stale in a barrel. i just use buckets to store as i don't make much at once.)

it wont,i had a barrel of grapejuice for like a week last world and it didnt turn into anything

Alright. Thanks. Swore it was doing so at one point. You either needed to load it in a demijohn or let it go to vinegar.
