Exiting Mine Hole

I want to build mine hole in ma base and wall it.
But I dont know the tile in which a character steps after exiting mine hole.
For instance. Will this work?

POOOGP
POOHGP
POOOGP

P - palisade
G - ground
H - ladder of minehole
O - other tiles of mine hole

Where is that exit tile?

Characters can spawn in the centre of the minehole and walk out if all sides are blocked.

Initially character appears next to ladder tile 'H' when exiting?
This question may seem to sound stupid, but I saw video on youtube, the guy didn't appeare near the ladder tile, insdead he appeared here 'J':

Just build it, you will exit directly where the ladder is, there's really no way you can done it wrong
