"misterious" larger undergound (L1) cavity

Hi everyone!

My minimap reveals a very large structure on L1 close to my cave tunnels I'm mining. That underground structure looks like somebody mined out ALL rock, no tunnels (only few short dead-ends stem from that open-blob-space). Just large open space... Within a reasonable distance on top I don't see any very larger mining activity.

Is that artificial ? Natural? There live dragons ?:)) Does anybody knows if that would be save to tunnel-in into that structure ?

technically it is man made by jorbtar

It could be natural but since you said it looks like mined out tiles I will guess someone made a minehole dug it out and destroyed the minehole. Not wise to go digging into places people try to hide I must advise however. Be cautious.

Usually huge caverns like that usually contain the bat guano node.
