not asking for a wipe nor in some way suggesting it calm the nerd rage. Just getting back into the game and seeing where the state of the game is.

Also instead of creating an entire new thread, i looked for the most appropriate thread for this question.

They will wipe it, but as dev stated no wipe will occur exept if they're willing to add a mechanic that require a wipe.

It's an "eternal alpha" as declared by the devs. There will be wipes. We don't know when those will be. World 9 was a surprise to us all, so it could all well go up in smoke in a month, but it might be six months or a year.

In the future, if a simple question is asked, please just give a simple answer. If you think someone is breaking the forums, use the report button instead of trying to start a flame war. The end result of a flame war is that everyone involved gets banned or thrown in the moderator hell of "posting curfew".

Normally we ignore thread necromancy as long as it is appropriate. This wasn't appropriate as it added nothing to the existing converasation. We have a thread for simple questions in "How Do I?" call "The Grand List of Simple Questions." Please use that for such simple things.

Does anyone recall how much warning we got prior to world resets in the past? I was begging for a reset months ago, but honestly I'd be kinda mad if there wasn't a 3 month warning at least

Usually in the range of hours, at maximum days.
