Soooo, does anyone have any idea of how fast the speed scalles with the quality and when does it cap? About to build my own ship and wouldnt want to find out its rubbish just because i got too hasty and built it few days too fast.

The base line is 4, or sprinting speed. The highest it can get to is 8, or double sprinting speed, which continue to near as you approach infinity in quality. Same for rowboats.

The rowboat speed is 4, too.

yeah but i read the speed increase is not linear, is there some chart with like q10, q40, q90 showing speeds? anyone bothered to do that yet?

i think it was in the topic of the update they added variable colour materials to knarrs but i dont remember which one it was :mrgreen:

My 44q knarr is almost 2 times faster than a rowboat. I'd say 1.7 to 2 times faster from a short lil test I did.

You're implying that a rowboat's speed scales with quality as well? Or did i miss something?
