Jewlery Help

Alright I know goldbeaters skin and I know silver and gold nuggets. Yet I can still not make anything other than the ring of brodgar and the merchant's ring. What am I missing?

Maybe you're lacking the Jewelry skill? Or just didn't found the place where the Jewelry button is so you can craft?

Do you mind just going over how I make rings? Why am I only seeing the Merchant's Ring? Is the Ring of Brodgar wiki old info? I am honestly super frustrated with it right now because I cannot for the life of me figure it out.
