Unclaimed (realm) land?

Hello!
With a couple of friends we are making new characters to try our newly developed skills and put our knowledge to the test.

With no map reset planned, we decided to make our own simulation of it. That means relying exclusively on what we can make, ignoring any abandoned loot laying around, and resorting only on our own skills. And here comes the question:
Is there a decently sized area of the map where no realm has extended to?

Even smaller realms have important bonuses for a fresh character, and we don't want those. We are willing to walk to get there, but we need to know where this "realm-free" land is on the map (if it exists).

Anyone knows of such a place?

Hi, i'm doing the same (and put some more difficulty elements into it), i suggest you to go north of the map, wich seems the less developed atm, there may be some reigns but are not exactly as strong as the major ones around.

I've checked a good chunk of map north east, but it seems to be all under HH or Ebanumbia by the world border. To the west there is still Northern Kingdom sort-of active. I guess I'll just spam characters until I find a spot, unless someone can point me to a specific one.

I know the bonuses are not as strong as HH's, but even a simple +10 to a bunch of stuff is a great advantage when you first spawn; an advantage I wouldn't have in a fresh map

I'm at 3 x -61 and there's fire and ice there wich is not overly powerful, and my deed is underground so no reign bonus there, just farming gets it, anyway that area have some holes with no reigns in

Quiet Storm is about to lose most of their realm buffs. That means most of the west to north side of the map could be considered unclaimed.

Last time I logged in to characters around the north of center, and a bit to the east, it was between all the realms and a large chunk wasn't claimed by any of them. That was a few months ago.

After creating like 15 characters, I finally managed to spawn in an empty spot. It's not huge, but large enough to build a base and have some land around to roam without ending up in a realm. I'm not sure where it is on the global map, but at this point it doesn't really matter much.

Other than the abandoned claims, the only thing that sort of ruins the fresh feeling are the dozens of trails passing through the area... but all considering, it's not that bad.

Fire & Ice is not overly powerful? Holy cow, I must have not seen what realms can do at all. I'm new to this game and I spawned in Akihabara, where there is one buff to farming, like +2 or something. I was thinking it would be a pretty good place for OP to go if he can't find anything with no realm at all. It took me what I felt like was a good bit of exploring to find any other realms, but I eventually wandered into Fire & Ice trying to walk to a quest tree (Hogney I think) and I was blown away by all the buffs there, thinking it was some magical fairy kingdom lol. If that's a pretty weak area, I'd love to visit a strong one.
