How to reid wild bees ?

Could somebody share practical strategy how to raid/acquire bee larvae for solo newb? Is it true that not each beehive has bees that attack ?

Some beehives will not spawn bees, and you will be able to raid them for free. If you raid enough eventually you'll find a few of these.

However most have angry bees in them. So make sure you have either grasslands/heathes near you and enough water to sprint away, or a cave/earth hole near you to hide in.

You can also tank a single bee with enough agi/mc/ua. Long as they don't land SHP damage it lets you keep raiding. Not at all applicable to people who'd be asking this question though. Need at least 60 agi and 100 ua or mc, at least.

That's to swat them down with taking nothing more than SHP damage. You can do it with significantly less (50 UA, 20 AGI), but it's not as consistent as there seems to be some variability.

I've tanked armor hits and been fine. They have armor pen though, so if they deal more than a single point of damage it goes through. Generally speaking, if they land a second damaging hit on you they've gotten enough opening to get a sting through.

And no, those stats weren't to fight them. Those were to literally ignore them and raid while pumping defenses. Defensive moves don't break the raiding action.
