How to deal with this cheesing?

So someone is destroying my claim right now but i cannot repair it because they are demolishing it.

They clearly made an alt for this how do i deal with this?

I can't, i tried. Activated crime and everything.. it wouldn't do it. I made sure i was on my claim.

Didn't think i would need it on day 1, apparently i was wrong. I also thought you could aggro someone on your claim without it. Was that removed?

Also 30k LP is alot to spend on day 1 for 1 skill.

Should perhaps make it impossible to destroy claims at all without some skill.
