Question about study desks

I just filled my study desk with a bunch of curios before logging off for the next week, but my Study Report was empty at the time.

Question: will those curios still make their way into my Study Report, or can they only replace curios already in my Study Report?

When a curio completes in your study window and you gain LP, a study desk will then attempt to replace it with the same curio.

If you don't have that curio, it will then replace it with a curio you have attention with.

If your study desk is full, but your study desk is empty, then you will never "proc" the event that makes the study desk replace something, since there's nothing to replace.

So I won't be getting any LP for the next week even though my study desk is full.

Someone tell jorb to make it so you automatically pull curios from your study desk every 5 minutes or something. No reason not to.

Np, I put the fossil collection and orca brain on. Once those finish you should get the others to start populating.

Why doesn't your Study Report auto pull from your study desk? Makes no sense. Fix this jorb

Why would you have empty study report in a first place?

Inspect your Study Desk to make sure the right character owns it?

I'm grasping for straws a bit, this should be relatively obvious because you only get a flower-menu with Study Desks you do not own. When you right-click your own Study Desk, the character automatically selects the only available option ("Open") and simply walks to it (unless the pathing is obstructed.)

I'd used the last bit of battery my laptop had to refill my study desk and it turned off before I could put anything in my study report. No opportunity to recharge the laptop for another week.

Seems it's by design that your study report doesn't automatically pull from your study desk. But... why?
