No, simply planting the berries should work fine.

Cant seem to plant Elder Berry or put it in the Herbalist table. Im guessing its only specific types of berrys you can plant. Shall search for more!

Tested on dev server and was able to plant elderberry bush fine.

Pick berry
Pick four soil
Get water
Fill treeplanter's pot with four soil + water
Plant elderberry in treeplanter's pot
Place treeplanter's pot on htable
Wait
Plant may die or sprout
If sprouted, hold pot and right-click where you want to plant it.

Works fine.

Is there any req on the distance between bushes? Replanted several as close to each other as I could 4 or 5 days ago, still no berries at all.

Does the beehive radius have any effect on berry bushes or is it purely dependent on the decay system?

blueberries are foraged, not a bush, so no

If I uproot a bush, harvest all the berries, and replant it at my house will I get new berries or do I have to do something?
