Thx for the info guys, so +2 points from 1 item is the max points i would get? No matter the quality?

You can get up to +4 in legacy reliably. Nettle nodes are not proving easy for me to find though and we're not even sure we can manage the +3 set.
I'd say be content with +2 for now.
