Ores?

I have been wandering and mining a ridiculous amount. All I can find is stone, and TONS of coal. Someone the other day was saying they have so much ore but no fuel to burn it.. I have the literal opposite problem. Enough coal veins to last my group probably forever, not a single bit of ore though.

I have the same problem. We have shitload of coal in our cave, but can't find any ore. And constantly having to fight bats is just so annoying. At least we have mountain just behind our settlement, so if we won't find anything, we have to start digging through all of those mountain caves.

Stones stockpile into stone stockpiles, ores stockpile into ore stockpiles.
