When to harvest

Does anyone know how long certain crops grow? I replanted my betroots third time and still cant harvest other plants :O

I think carrots needs like 24h to get to another stage, but iam not sure, well it takes a long time anyway... and iam not able to harvest any other plant and its like 3-4 days already.

Beetroot was always very fast, it's why it was ideal for filling troughs, that and the leaves.

Well, now it only give 2 and one leaf that just fills hunger and energy (so far no recipes unlocked with it like before, but was my first harvest). No idea if will still be best to fill troughs. Back to pumpkins, maybe....

(sorry for off topic... will split if other comments on filling troughs with new game.)

Harvested my beetroots and got no leaves, so I'd add that to the list of crops that can be harvested either too early or too late, unless it's a luck thing.

This is the hemp bud stage right?

The large one is, yes. the small one (looks like there's another plant in front of that one, anyway) is the stage before, and should be at a full bud in short order depeneding on when you planted them (assuming planted together) and if there are bees nearby.
