Just check the announcement threads on updates rather than gleaning bits and pieces of information. They list all of the changes to wounds. Asphyxiation heals over time.

Added Leeches to swamps. Leeches will convert Swollen Bumps, Bruises, Unfaced & Blunt Trauma wounds to Leech Burns, which in turn heal slowly over time.

Added Gauze. Gauze can be applied to Cruel Incisions, Deep Cuts, Fell Slashes, and Blunt Trauma.

You now take Asphyxiation damage when you run out of stamina in the water, instead of drowning instantly.

Added a "Stinging Poultice" to heal Deep Cuts and Swollen Bumps

Literally the post right above yours.

You should have a read through of my guide, it has info like that :) Gauze to heal it, that'll take 2-3 days.

Ring of Brodgar is up for editing again, so we do have a wiki.

All self healing wounds state this is their description. All healing items list what they heal in their tooltip.

Doesn't help you if you haven't unlocked that healing item though. Once people fix up the wiki that will be a good answer, but every time I click on it I just get legacy pages so I'm ignoring it for now.

Oh I agree that this list is useful, I'm just stating that it is easy to get a complete list. And that wiki page won't update itself ;) . I'm contributing as much as I can, but in focusing on meat and FEP info for the moment.

Good on you, I've never liked contributing to wikis so I try to help in other ways.
