I see your point, though. Well, alternatively, they could make it so that all the extensions have their color taken from the initial cornerpost. So you only have to care about the initial cornerpost colors.

A possibility arises of a compromise? Coloured walls, but no rainbows aside from using literal rainbow wood. =P
