Everytime I read this i get surprised. I'm getting those events all the time with my 2 accounts. Sometimes they start poping up at a rate of 5 the first 10 or 15 min of gameplay. I have more than 10k exp in every char.
Sincerely: I thought this was a broken game mechanic, a non working one.
