You can also bridge across deep water, but when you Travel you have to have Swimming toggled on.

My signpost route works fine except for the first one, it says there is something in the way when there really isnt. Do I line up the arrows or do they point in the direction of where the route is going?

EDIT: This sign post thing should REALLY have a tool tip or something. So, I realised that the one borked link in my route was because the arrows weren't aline so I removed that post and rebuilt it. Connected it with my first post (the main and previous link) and now that's the terminus. When I try and connect to the next it just says that it cannot use any more more trails... SO annoying

DOUBLE EDIT: Sorta fixed, deleted the primary and the second sign and rebuilt them going the other way and it works now.

Does it cross deep water?

Nvm. Saw there was a second page between roasting bats.

Read two posts above yours.

Does anyone know a ball-park figure on how many tiles they can travel before you need another sign?

There is a radius when placing an extension.
Stone ones can bridge ~32 tiles, wooden ones ~22.
