also i cant seem to use intestines as bait now. and i can only use leeches as bait when they're bloated... jorb and loftar really hate fishing dont they?

so thats my huge need for worms, i keep running out of bait.

Gotta shill the philosfishing somehow.

I usually get about 2 worms per inventory which is like 30 dirt?

Also, Dragonflies, Leeches, Entrails, all ant types & Worms. There is even craft able bait I believe?

Usually just keep a cupboard for low ql items of this type and everyone who comes back can just slowly fill it up.

If I ever decide to go fishing I usually have 3 inventorys worth a fishing bait, don't try to fish with every bait you get collect it up and do a big wad in one go imo

fishing is so shit now, I've been considering hatching extra silk moth eggs to see if I can use them to fish without feeding them, lol

Digging in grasslands used to not give worms, not sure if that's still the case.

I found out, you find more worms when you dig deep. I cant verify, but as i am busy in landscaping i think i can verify that you will find worms more common in deeper areas.

Another theory is, that, worms are more common if the water level is more shallow at certain areas.
