agi/psy - Ring of brogdar (baking)
str - boars - sausage and roasts
dex/psy - liver and onions (needs frying pan) - also good energy
dex - chickens
con - I can't seem to not raise this, seems most new foods have con. red shred salad if you need it.
int - blueberry pies and foxes

for energy, steak & tubers is great and easy once you have a frying pan

I don't have cheese yet, just got my first rennet.

butter steamed cave bulbs for PSY are one of the best primaries with any of the three Ring of Brodgar foods (baked good, fish using eels, Wonderful Wilderness Wurst) depending on what you can get ahold of. Eels always have been a pain, and even more so now with the current fishing. (Seems like I'm one of a few that could catch them regularly... I'd go to town when I could get them. I want the old fishing back!!!)

Unless you're a dedicated crafter that never leaves the house, more CON is always good. Even for crafters, it's a buffer with some moderate armor to keep alive and try to get logged out in case of a raid.

Yeah but when your con is ten levels above your other stats, it makes it more difficult to raise them.

I love that you're keeping track. I've been known to eat carrots on my trash farming alt. Maybe normalize for hunger as well? But the mussels are clearly an industry. People and their pearls man... I had 2 and one I autocurioed by mistake when it was made to take stuff from cupboards.

Wow, tons of replies! Seems like I've been doing most of the things suggested, still struggling a bit with int and str because I always get the wrong rolls on multifoods but such is life. How wrong would it be to ignore con on the indoors crafter, I've been really only spamming dex and per on it? Also seeing those numbers for bears, I'm really far away from them, time to spam more mirkwoods I guess.

And awesome stats, loftar, you should put more of those somewhere.

Should definitely dump stats somewhere.
