I've seen a couple of videos and such where people are definitely having issues moving down the line of trellises. It's probably from cramming them too close together, but which is the real issue?

Well I dont know what they are doing wrong, but trellis harvesting is one of the few pathfinding-like things that actually seem to be implemented in this game ^^ - the hearthling neatly moves sideways down the line when you tell him to harvest the next trellis.

Probably clipping on bounding boxes from trying to shove them closer together. To be honest, I certainly didn't expect that sort of behavior so just started setting them so I could harvest both sides.
