Actually I've found how does it work. Bloom turns into slag after some time. That's why I thought ir was 9 out of 9 slag in my finery forge. What a noob I am. But I don't remember such mechanics in w7 and earlier.

It was introduced with the last world. You have only a short time to get blooms out and hammer them.
