lagg or just slow

i got a pc with 3.2ghz and 8gb of ram with an old/crappy graphics card but i'm getting an fps drop every once in awhile where the game just craps itself, steady 15-20fps then 0. such as i'll go inside my log cabin (the second wood house) and it'll just freeze for about 5-10seconds but not everytime. i have it full of cabinets and a cellar

HnH client is so well coded that theres no bottlenecks with performance at al
