The old or current article? I haven't looked at fishing recently. I don't figure anyone has seriously updated it with current information as many of us that are dedicated hearthland anglers haven't been able to figure a whole lot of the system out.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

people have been updating fishing conditions quite a bit actually.
