If agility is more important than AC then is CC best armor? Why be using bronze at all?

Bronze is easy to make and gives sick AC but takes away your agi. Steel gives some more AC but takes too much agi to be worth it, and it's fucking expensive to use steel for that.
CC is by far the best armor to use.
