Hedgehogs rarity

Just made a 4-grid circle 'round my base and found 4 hedgehogs, same as yesterday. Doesn't seem to be of any rarity to me, but maybe they're just have some sort of hive or a nest nearby. "Mossbrush" (dark-green on map, preferred hedgehogs habitat) and "Leafpatch" (lighter-green, fewer hedgehogs) are the biomes you want to see when hunting those.

If you don't know how to see the biome name of a particular tile, hold CTRL+SHIFT and mouse-over the tile (in Amber client). If you're not seeing tile tooltip, press SHIFT+i once to turn the tooltips on, then try again.

Ahh right, just realised you probably mean which ones ... from ppl who have seen them.

Yeap, that's what I mean) I saw no info about specific biomes on forum, so I assume those "ppl" talked to u personally... Are u a Gossip-girl? )
Srsly, could u reveal some info u have?

And there was a reason I left it for someone else to answer, tho perhaps I should have explained, but I'm actually at work and a bit distracted, lol. I don't know the names of the specific biomes and I'm not sure my descriptions would be particularly helpful, I figured Twist (or someone else) would probably reply with more information.

To bad, u're busy atm, I'll definitely like your descriptions of any biomes - just to see how someone can do it (mine would be like "those ugly pink grasslands" or "the green one, but not so green as other, ya know")

Yeah the guys have been to my village so could just point them out to me ... I did think about just saying 'the dark green one' and so on, but got called away at that point so just left it.

I didn't want to find your exact location - just tried to figure out the "dark-green" biome ))

Yep, seems to be the #1.
There ya go, a lot of mossbrush around. Been finding 1-2hedgehogs daily in this exact location (may be more, I'm just getting outside of my base 1-2 times a day =))

..and didn't want to spread false info... . I found mine on the dark greenish dirtyish forrest tiles, and I believe one was on bright green grassland.

The only time I saw one I was on a very dark green forest biome - same I've found mandrakes before... It was on the other side of a river, though, and I was on horse so I let it go...

Still looking for another since then
