haha I quite liked that phrasing, nothing wrong with a bit of poo to save ur life ;)

Do animals always run in a straght line away from you when aggroing btw? So like if I drop a rabbit, do I have to make sure to be inbetween rabbit and enemy and then its fine or will the rabbit turn around and run into enemies or something like that?

I think there's a bit of RNG as to where exactly that rabbit appears when you drop it. Also, it sometimes just sit there not running from you. And if it does, it may have random speed (so you'll catch it back sooner than you'd want to), and it changes direction randomly when encounter an object... All in all, I wouldn't count on it as a reliable way to escape combat.
