Depending on how they are structure this data, doing these operation you suggest is maybe very complicated.

:lol: ... Hey loftar, I've recently come across a better source for brimstone so if you hop over to my nearest mountain and remove all the pclaimed good resources, then I'll declaim my original brimstone source and lose the lp willingly. :)

Please keep in mind that Loftar didn't state how he removed the pclaims.
It is only you guys that expect him to have used non-ingame mechanics.

Bottom line: do it like him and remove pclaims that are in your way.
