use inspect on the resources to see the time when the resource will spawn

Well I can honestly say I've spent many hours exploring with the boat, and it's incredibly annoying how many abandoned settlements, useful resources, and areas that I need to get through are claimed and their not even playing anymore. I truthfully think the decay system needs to be faster.
I get it, I do. But when I see a settlement that has dead animals, nothing operating, and looks like it's been inactive for an extremely long time, it should not be there. Eh, it is what it is, I'll manage
