More viable is "PClaim Poles should be movable (make it cost 4000 LP to lift it, and loss 50% of authority)"

Both are reasonable suggestions. Why shouldn't I be able to redo the paving under it once its in place?

Another good suggestion would be to let the paving be done as long as you can reasonably touch the tile. If some part can be stood on or possibly even as long as it isn't completely covered by hit boxes, then transforming the target should be possible.

This. Let us access the pavement from the tile next to it (this would even work with the current area tools (toon would approach the tile, do the animation to change it and move to the next).

I dislike can not move claim after place in any way. To be able for rebuild somewhere else is useful to fix some my issue.

Moving should be a reasonable request... so far in so many days at a steep LP/XP cost, maybe a fraction of the LP invested (say 25%). I don't think anyone has been making 10M LP claims this world since you can't bank them anymore for your (eventual) character death.
