Since you have a wheelbarrow, you definitely discovered glue, but I can't see anything made from rope (you miss hitching post) and/or hardened leather (no signs minehole) so I assume you haven't discovered both of them. You should make a rope and boil a hardened leather by yourself.

If it wasn't "taught" to you by somebody via the discovery sharing mechanic or make it yourself, you've never actually discovered it for the purposes of unlocking recipes. You have to do one of those two things.

Pretty much like 85% items in haven. Why isn't archery target in vehicles and movables then?
