Get Pottery > Find Clay > Build a Klin > Make Bricks > Get Mining > Build a Smelter > Find a Cave or Make a Mine (this one is going to take weeks since you will need 20 beeswax) > Find a Hard Metal Node and Mine it > Smelt the ore into Cast Iron Ingots > Hope for the best > Craft an Anvil > Craft a Smithing Hammer > Craft the Metal Shovel
I did skip the repeated steps like Find more Clay and Find more Ore

I think it's something like 18 unarmed skill and 17 str

okay, your stats are still a bit low. Catch some hedgeogs and rabbits and put up a pair of pieces of armor, start with leather pants, they give more armor and needs less. Make a shield and use your hand axe while attacking so you'll get chop. Get your perc and exploration a bit up so you'll start to see some yarrows to heal with, go for ants until your stats are 30 str, 30 agi, and maybe 20 con, 25 unarmed will be more than enough, but mind that you will still get some damage.
To hunt bats, i suggest you to find a cave and lure one of them near the entrance, so you can get in and out with convenience if you get too much damage.

For bats, I hit them with a bow, they bleed and run away, then die, just 1 hit, will I get skills to use the Boar Lance by doing this?

you don't get any new move by using a bow, this won't help in fighting anything else. I think that the new system have different moves with different weapons, but i have not tried them, my bronze sword seems to works well by itself.

You will use the unarmed moves until you get your first chop move. It's not important if you have the weapon in your hand but no moves to use it, you'll learn the move eventually, and if the moves are not gained totally random, you still need to have a weapon in hand to learn their moves.

The wiki says you must kill with the weapon in hand, and I cannot kill Ants

anyone can kill a single ant, even if he gets some damage, even by just punching them and doing nothing else. Do you get high damage from ants, like 10 damage in one hit?
