It's the way the math is done. When it refunds points for your incremented skills, It gives you points based on 60% of the skill level, not 60% of the LP spent for the old levels, which is significantly less.

Definitely my troll is a misanthrope, but my poor naked alt successfully made an inspection before that angry monster hit him. q90 troll on level 5... I'm disappointed.

I've heard a rumour in Legacy that mine supports prevents troll's spawning. Is it true for the current world?
