if you want to raid ant hills just agroo them run until the icon dissappears from the minimap, when ants are near you run back to the hill and raid it, if there is no super ant (the fast one ) among them you will have plenty of time to raid and start running to disengage.

yeah yeah I know this cheesy strat like I mentionned in my first post.
It wasn't a necessity for W9 and it looks like it will for w10 hence my question

Sharpening what was said earlier, this only applies to ants. They have a special thing that gives you damage no matter how good your armor/stats are.
I could kill deer/boar/fox etc with 0 damage taken but ants are just devilspawn. If you want early world training and have descent stats - go for bats. They also drop nice curios and you can make a batman cape with their loot.

In case you suck at combat use a horse to stay away from them till your attack is ready.
