Mining - start from the bottom, need help

As there is mining thread already ill ask here.

Are tarn kiln working properly? Mine is running over 12h now with ~40 wood and still running (dont remember the timers from W9 but it seems really long already)

yeah, they changed it so no matter how much you put in, it still takes around 3.5 days. I made the same mistake.

Yes we can confirm this. We made a half full kiln and a full kiln the same day and lit them both at the same time. It takes ~3.5 days regardless. In theory it takes exactly 3.5 days but with server lag and restarts and down times it tends to take just an hour to 3 hours longer than ~3.5. Also not it ~3.5 real life days, not game days.
