There's a lot of conflicting info in here, different infos for both halting and advancing the process.

Wiki information is correct for the containers needed.--

Barrels work for long term storage. You don't have to bottle it.

If it hasn't been, yeah, wiki needs to be updated for times on brewing/winemaking. It's all 7 days now.

@MrPunchers: don't feel too bad. I drop the ball on occasion, too, even after double checking what I'm after.

Thanks everyone for the help, just to clarify it goes 7 days grapejuice -> wine and then 7 days -> wine to vinegar?

and you can get faster vinegar - from stale grapejuice as described previously

Spot on thanks, all understood. I was just double checking that I dont have to stress like a maniac once my grape juice ferments into wine. Good to know that I have another 7 days buffer and another option for a speedier route to vinegar of that's the goal.
