Palisade cheese? I was under the impression that was no longer possible.

Beyond that, boulder cheesing still works fine, but it's not something I'd suggest for everyday hunting activities.

At some point it stops being clever technique and becomes blatant bug abuse (although boats and cliffs are kind of dirty by themselves)
I just hope that thing you're talking about is the former..

Should be revised I agree but currently there's no incentive to have fair fights with mammoths, you could later on but want the figurine early on..

Couple of my friends have mentioned some animals they could beat are sometimes whupping them now.

The infection mechanic update seems to be about when it happened. Pure rumour though, I'm not 100% sure. They could just suck.

well i know for a fact that i could kill bears with ease, i wasnt on a horse at the time and i was on foot but i got the bear to ran away so i knew he was almost dead, i chased it on food aggroed it again and it literally did openings on me for every color i couldnt defent fast enough and my agil is pretty high. it was very strange, i guess ill have to fight one with a horse and see if he really can do raw hide or not.

** EDIT : He wasnt in rage mode either

*****EDIT2: just faught bear with horse, i killed it quickly with no issues, it didnt do raw hide, but i think the trick here is that you have to kill bear as fast as you can while it builds its IP bc once it has around 10 or 11 IP it just spam attacks you and its decently fast :D
