Quick barrage + Full circle is pretty good too considering how fast quick barrage creates openings if you've mostly focused on melee instead of UC for the time being (earlier shield up battles or something amongst the lines of that)

a lot of UA + a bit of MC + some armor + a b12

oak stance - (this reduces highest opening every time you get hit)
full circle - use until all slimes are dead or running

if you're really fancy you can use dash to remove all blue opening. I start taking damage when blue/green are 33/33. Slimes only do green+blue openings, mostly green. Sometimes there are too many slimes for it to be worth trying to reduce openings.

YOLO Strats:

sword + death or glory + storm of swords

Wouldn't parry be really good in terms of storm of swords?

Okay so finally started getting some more "cards" no new moves. What is the point of stacking multiples of same card though?

Depends on the move. Could be faster cooldown, more openings, better defense... look for the value that has the Greek letter "mu" in the equation.

I use this for slime, walrus and gathered group of animals
I don't have crazy stats but works fine if you are mc based
