Most cheese is done in large volumes for this reason.

Not sure where you're seeing that time listed for Brique. I have 220 hours for that cheese on my timers.

if youre not making q10 cheese at world start or are an advanced player there's no reason to make cheese that takes more than 6 days. you just need to search around the wiki enough to figure out what's good
there are some very fast yet powerful cheese like harmesan and caciotta, and otherwise you just make a ton of it at the same time

Just sliced my first trays of creamy cam and cellar cheddar. next run will try a more advanced cheese. Cheese is q110. I may not be "advanced" or some player who was able to make cheese on day 3 but Im going to try and make high end cheese anyway. Thx for the responses.
