if there was a change, it wasn't in patch notes. Someone may have simply changed the page. Looking at the wiki, I'm going to guess it wasn't meaning only a metal lock since the link previous was "Uninstalled Lock" which was cleaned up. It should probably direct to a general "Lock" category that discusses the three types of locks and then directs users to those specific pages.
