Localized Resources in Village

thanks Lyrroth, but in village claim there is Authority factor that I wasn't aware of, and that seems to be my problem now. it just drops down in strange way, on W10 I had same resource claimed and I was on full Authority all the time, even with 2 extra banners, now I cant keep the "safe" threshold

I have updated the 1st post:

I get the part that you can claim it,
what I don't get is how much of the authority does it drain
with 2-2.5k lp/h income my authority is dropping for almost 1k/h ( its below 15k and people are able to take stuff ),
I don't know if that is intended in new word to prevent claiming natural resources or is there something i miss or I do wrong
