I would state, the most unraidable base is the base that is never made.


Otherwise I would also say, brick walls, 100 tiles between each layer, and as many logs, rocks, or other hard to remove or walk though stuff between each and every single layer. In the innermost layer, perhaps a lining of catapults to shoot back at any rams or etc. Capped with as many players using combat chars as you can.

Edit: Extra points if its on the lowest level under the sea (Since everyone else is saying that...)
