Just attack anyone in enemy realm to provoke HH fighters to leave walls.
Maybe the sprucecap will also reconsider where he lives considering he live with some spiky forest animals who won't come to protect him.

Don't try talk like this when Ozzy is the first one (HH btw) who come to our continent with a knarr pretending to be Sacraer, (AD logo on knarr) killing noobs.

So nice try Ardennes but no.
I'll admit, this continent system gave guys like you and ozzy a decent excuse to attack sprucecaps. If that's what you need to do to enjoy Haven, have fun I guess.

I'll admit, this REALM system gave guys a decent motivation to attack sprucecaps. What is a realm worth, if it cannot even protect it's inhabitants?

If people need to attack the defenceless inhabitants of the realm in an attempt to get the fighters to leave their walls, then this realm is in a pretty poor state.

Seems like a poor place to live if the ''fighters'' just shrug while you get killed and remain inside.

Come live in AD and we will bash in the skulls of those who bother you :)

why go and fight when they outstat you by like x2/x3 xd? idk i was an anti statcap/hearth after ko, but now that ive experienced it myself i kind of agree with all the people saying statcap pvp/pve and bring hearthing after ko back at least there would be like way more fights and people to join fights. sure fights would feel a bit meaningless but at least there would be fights.

bring back 60% griev on b12 and bring back hearth on ko.
see homo sexuality trending,. do not do that.

But only after siege is fixed because the purpose of outlaw should be that when opponents do break your wall that you're screwed in my opinion. Currently that part is impossible so to only bring back hearth after ko would just make the entire game pointless.

A reminder that this is HDI, folks. Try to keep it informational.

The western continent hasn't been completely peaceful. My village has found a few crime scenes, but nothing we're severely alarmed about yet. That I'm aware, there's been one murder and, I think, raid on village, that has been tracked down to a single village... at least in our section of the island. However, I haven't heard about the raiding like has been posted in The Moot in the last few days, either. I don't participate in Discord chats outside my village, so there may be some things being discussed I'm not aware of... I am inclined to think that this is AD, or more likely and AD ally, that is up to this, but it could be a few other groups, too, that hold no strong allegiance to either side.

Nowhere is completely safe. If the area is interesting and valuable, someone else wants that value, too, and so no matter where you go, caution is needed.

Thanks for all of the replies guys. From reading other posts I suspected when I asked that things might get political. But you guys went beyond expectations!

I saw a lot of abandoned settlements in the AD/Vegetable Ninjas area with holes in palisades and skeletons left in weird places within the abandoned walls. The only settlements I could find were huge villages and everything around them seemed trashed. Maybe it was just abandonment, but I decided to stick with my gut and left the place.

I followed up on a PM and joined a village in Hedgehugs. Please don't raid and murder me lol.

All good! In the end it's your decision and it's nice to hear that you found yourself a place.

On an unrelated note, I've been asked to be the village fisherman. I could not find any concrete info on fish quality. What survival do I need to aim for to not hardcap myself on the quality of fish?

You'll be pressed to find fish nodes of any real quality. 20-30 is typical. Anything higher than 40 is worth celebrating. If you find higher than 60, keep that secret as best as you can... at least for certain fish like eel that have very specific dietary niches.

siege can never be fixed there are endless ways to cheese sieging and literally lose nothing.
alt vaults/ separate vaults/ layered mine vaults/ best for them to stop trying to balance something that is impossible to balance unless the core gameplay gets changed.
see homo sexuality trending,. do not do that.
