Waybroad and other healing items/herbs

i'm sure that i had infected wounds after that patch, shrink during infection, up to the point they vanished. Anyway, having a crippling wound wich cannot be healed if not lately during this server, or trying to heal it, i know what to do...at least soap is easy enough to make, if it does not work with my nasty lacerations, i can still soap it and place a toad butter, but really, i can easily see these wounds are not designed around a concept of early play or new characters: they were put in the game during an ongoing server, in his mid or late part, and it shows in his game mechanics.
